As a client of Widlast Legal, you will have exclusive access to our personalized online portal, MyCase. This innovative tool allows you to stay informed on the latest developments related to your case. With 24/7 accessibility, MyCase provides a secure environment for you to communicate with us, upload documents, view billing invoices, and keep track of important deadlines and court dates. Gone are the days of scattered emails, as MyCase is our primary platform for communication. Every feature within the client portal is designed with your convenience in mind, saving you time and facilitating case organization. Not only does MyCase enhance attorney/client communication, but it also provides a convenient way for you to keep everything related to your legal matter in one place.
CLIENT PORTAL FEATURES
Integrated Calendar
Our integrated calendar system is accessible to our clients, attorneys, staff, and other individuals that you wish to be part of your case. The calendarlists upcoming events of your matter, such as attorney consultations, signing appointments, and court hearings, with a built-in appointment reminder tool and easy access from the MyCase App, it helps you even join zoom meetings remotely with ease.
Document Sharing
All pertinent documents associated with your case are securely stored online. Clients are encouraged to upload documents to the portal and send a concurrent message to the assigned attorney or staff to let them know documents are ready for review. Likewise, when we share documents with our clients, you will receive an email link directly to the documents to facilitate your review and download at your convenience.
Billing & Payments
The online portal allows you to view and download invoices pertaining to your case. You can also use the portal to make secure payments online. Instructions for making payments via e-check (our preferred payment) are available by calling our office.
Secure Communication
Attorneys and clients and staff can exchange messages securely within our online portal. Communications will be organized and filed according to the type of correspondence, such as by emails, direct messages, text messages, etc. As a client, you may initiate a direct message with one of more of our attorneys and staff, and if you desire to have your other family members or important persons included in the message too, just let us know, and we will add them. The online portal provides a platform to facilitate communication of sensitive, privileged information and materials, as well as a single location for storing all communications related to your case.
